Application of DTF Powder
Printing Stage: DTF powder is applied onto the wet ink layer on the
release paper during the printing stage. The powder adheres to the
ink and acts as an adhesive, allowing for the transfer of the
design onto the fabric.
Adhesion: The primary function of DTF powder is to create a strong
bond between the ink and the fabric. It ensures that the design
adheres securely to the fabric during the heat transfer process,
resulting in durable and long-lasting prints.
Transfer Process: After the powder is applied to the wet ink, the
release paper is heat pressed onto the fabric. Heat and pressure
cause the powder to melt and activate its adhesive properties,
allowing the ink to transfer from the release paper to the fabric.
