Application of DTF Powder

Excess Powder Removal: After the powder is applied, gently shake or
tap the release paper to remove any excess powder that did not
adhere to the wet ink. This step helps ensure that only the
required amount of powder remains on the design.
Curing: Once the powder is applied, the release paper with the
printed design is ready for the heat transfer process. The release
paper is typically placed on top of the fabric, and heat and
pressure are applied using a heat press machine. The heat activates
the adhesive properties of the powder, allowing the ink and powder
to transfer onto the fabric.
