    Packaging and Storage Conditions:

    Storage ConditionsStored in dry unopened packaging at room temperature for 12 months. High temperature and pressure will cause agglomeration. The trays cannot be double-pressed.

    Application of DTF Powder

    Shake off Excess Powder: Once the adhesive powder is applied, gently shake off any excess powder from the DTF film. This helps remove loose or unadhered powder and ensures a clean transfer onto the fabric.


    Transfer the Design onto the Fabric: Place the DTF film with the printed design onto the fabric, ensuring proper alignment if there are multiple layers or colors involved. Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine or a suitable transfer equipment. The heat and pressure activate the adhesive powder, causing it to bond with the fabric fibers.


    Cooling and Peeling: After the transfer process, allow the fabric to cool down completely while maintaining pressure. Once cooled, carefully peel off the DTF film from the fabric, leaving the transferred design securely bonded to the fabric.


    Post-Transfer Steps: Follow any post-transfer instructions provided by the manufacturer. This may include cooling the fabric completely before handling, washing the fabric according to recommended guidelines, and avoiding harsh treatments that could compromise the adhesion of the transferred design.
