Adhesive Powder
Hot Start: An adhesive powder is applied to a printed design on PET
film. When heated during the transfer process, the powder melts and
turns into a molten adhesive, effectively bonding the design to the
fabric.
Flexibility and durability: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powders
create a flexible and durable bond between the design and the
fabric. This ensures that the transferred design remains intact
even after frequent wear and tear, washing and stretching.
Application process: When using DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powders,
a layer of powder is applied to the printed design on the PET film.
The excess powder is then removed, leaving a thin, even layer of
adhesive. The PET film is then placed on the target material and
heat and pressure are applied to activate the adhesive and bond the
design to the fabric.
Washability: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powders have excellent
washability. Transferred designs can withstand repeated washing and
