Adhesive Powder
Composition :PES hot melt adhesive powder is mainly composed of
polyester based thermoplastic polymer. These polymers have
excellent bonding properties when melted and offer strong bonding
capabilities.
Activation :PES hot melt adhesive powder requires heating to
activate and melt. Once heated, the powder turns into a melted
adhesive that can be bonded to the substrate or fabric.
Usage: Sprinkle or evenly apply PES hot melt adhesive powder to the
required area. The powder adheres to the surface due to its
electrostatic charge or the use of an adhesive layer.
Transfer process: After PES hot melt adhesive powder is applied to
the substrate or fabric, heat and pressure are applied to activate
the adhesive. Heat melts the powder to bind it to the fabric or
substrate, while pressure ensures proper adhesion and penetration.
