Material: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is made from
thermoplastic polyurethane, a versatile polymer known for its

Bonding Mechanism: The adhesive powder is activated by heat during
the transfer process. When exposed to high temperatures, the powder
melts and becomes a liquid adhesive that adheres to both the
printed film and the fabric.
Application: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is typically applied
to the printed side of the DTF film, either by manual or automated
methods. The powder is evenly distributed over the film, ensuring
sufficient coverage for effective bonding.
Heat Activation: Once the adhesive powder is applied to the film,
it requires heat to activate and bond with the fabric. A heat press
or similar equipment is used to apply pressure and heat, causing
the adhesive to melt and adhere to the fabric surface.
