DTF Hot Melt Powder Product Description
This product is thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt
adhesive. The product has a soft feel, good resilience,
stretchability, and excellent low-temperature processability.
Excellent adhesion to textiles
It is a type of powder adhesive used in the DTF printing process. DTF printing involves printing an image onto a pet film which is transferred to
the final substrate (such as fabric) using heat and pressure.
It is commonly used in the production of custom apparel, including t-shirts, hats, and other items.
The Washing Resistance is 40℃-60℃
DTF transfer powder is used to enhance the adhesion of the ink to
the film during the printing process. It helps to create a strong
bond between the ink and the film, which is crucial for a
successful transfer onto the final substrate.
