Application of DTF Powder
Printing Design: The design is printed onto a special film using a
compatible printer and ink.
Application of Adhesive Powder:
Sprinkling: The DTF TPU Adhesive Powder is evenly sprinkled over
the printed design on the film.
Shaking Off Excess: Excess powder is gently shaken off to ensure
only the necessary amount remains on the design.
Curing the Powder:
The printed film with the TPU adhesive powder is then placed in a
heat press machine.
Heat and pressure activate the powder, causing it to melt and
adhere the design firmly to the substrate.
